Winter felt like it was going to last FOREVER. But now with the sun out and the frost officially over, I suddenly feel behind on my spring planting!

When it's time to plant out my seedlings, something to kneel on changes the game a bit. Not only are my kneecaps staying clean, but I'm saving my knees for many more springs. 

We made our kneeler with a thicker cotton - a cotton canvas. This helps it last a lot longer against mulch and pebbles, anything that would wear down regular cotton. You'll also need some webbing for the handle and some thick foam to stuff it with, and you'll be ready to make this useful piece of garden gear to help save your knees while planting.
